Move-In Procedures

To help streamline your move-in experience, we are offering a express curbside check-in option at Building 10 for residents who complete all required pre-move-in tasks in advance. This allows you to check in without leaving your vehicle and proceed directly to your new apartment. A map is attached for your convenience. Regular check-ins will occur in the office if the express pass items aren’t addressed.

Fast Pass Check-In

Move-in through fast pass will begin based on buildings starting at 9am on the 9th.  Please see the attached schedule for your building’s move-in fast pass check-in time and drive-thru location.

Resident Portal:

Please log in to your Resident Portal and complete the following steps as soon as possible:

1. Pay your August rent and any applicable move-in fees. Your August rent has not be charged yet, but will be on your ledger on or before August 1st.  You can prepay at any time. This payment represents the first of your 12 monthly lease installments.
2. Register your vehicle
   All residents must register their vehicles. If you’re interested in reserved covered parking, please contact our office for availability. No vehicle, no problem, our bus schedule will be in your move-in pack.
3. Sign any outstanding documents
   A Resident Guide has been uploaded to your portal to assist with move-in and provide helpful community information. Please review and electronically sign this document.
4. Complete your PetScreening profile
   All residents are required to complete this step, regardless of pet, service animal or ESA ownership. Please visit www.PetScreening.com to complete your profile.
5. Verify your contact information
   Ensure that we have accurate phone numbers, email addresses, and emergency contact details on file so we can keep you well-informed.
