Our community offers a 24-hour fitness center, Private and group study lounges, 4 resort-style swimming pools, two private shuttles to campus, a Basketball court, a Volleyball Court, a Tanning Booth, and a fire pit among some of our available amenities.
The Connection at Athens provides energy-efficient appliances and a designer furniture package, which includes a couch, chair, coffee table, media console, 55” TV, barstools, and washer & dryer in the common area. Your bedroom is fully furnished with a full-size XL bed, dresser, nightstand, desk, and chair.
Yes, Off-street parking is available to our residents, and we also provide reserved covered parking.
Yes! We offer two shuttles to UGA with alternating schedules.
The Connection at Athens is pet-friendly! We have a limit of one animal per unit. All pets must be registered through PetScreening.com. We have a one-time pet fee and a monthly pet rent. If you have an ESA or Service Animal, no fees will be applied to your account if the animal is approved through PetScreening.com.
Individual leasing means that each person is only responsible for their portion of the common areas and their bedroom. If your roommate does not return for a semester, you’re not responsible for their payment.
Yes, we offer on-site maintenance to our residents.
We are located near plenty of shopping, dining, major highways, schools, and grocery stores.
- Bedding -Our beds are Full XL and full size, and queen-size sheets will fit

- Decorations to make your new room feel like home!
We have a thorough checklist to help us prepare your apartment before moving in including a maintenance inspection, painting services, and a professional deep cleaning.
Monthly installment includes rent, internet, water, sewer, pest control, washer, and dryer, 24/7 access to all of our amenities, and an excellent team to help you anytime you need them.
You can pay online via the resident portal or in the office with a personal check.
Included in your lease is access to our service team which responds to work orders Mondays-Fridays during business hours, as well as on an emergency call-in request with 24-hour-a-day coverage. Please place a work order through your resident portal or give us a call! We are here to help.
